A tiny home can be constructed much faster than traditional homes. Southern Comfort Tiny Homes seeks to have projects completed in under 8-weeks. Once we have secured the trailer itself, we can usually complete construction in 4-6 weeks. We book up very quickly and all efforts should be made to reach out to us as soon as possible.

The process can vary slightly depending on a few factors. Upon initial contact we book a consultation call in order to ensure we are a proper fit with your ideas, budget, and timeline. Once we have a designed product, we secure a deposit. Once the deposit is secured we order your custom trailer from our supplier. Once we receive the trailer we start immediately on construction. Once the build is completed a final invoice will be due in full. The title, warranty, and tiny home itself will then be scheduled for delivery or pickup.

Yes, from time to time we have houses available that are either finished and/or close to completion. These opportunities are rare due to the high demand. Generally, these homes will be sent to our email list for first dibs. Ensure you are on our email roster to ensure you see them as they come up.

We require a deposit to get your project on the schedule. Since we custom build the trailers that are used in the build, the deposit will be relative to the expense. Once the deposit is secured, the trailer is ordered.

We have multiple tiny home plans available to choose from. These can be modified to fit your needs. If you do not see a plan of your liking, we are happy to build your tiny home with a plan that you provide.

Our tiny homes are certified by NOAH. NOAH ensures your tiny home is up to standard in all areas to include: safety, building quality, and energy efficiency. We go through multiple inspections on each build at different stages to ensure we are compliant. You will receive the NOAH certification and title with your Southern Comfort Tiny Home.

Absolutely! We offer delivery throughout the Continental United States. We have relationships with 3rd party companies who specialize in both transport and set-up of our homes. Please note, depending on location there will be an incurred delivery fee. We also allow all of our customers to pickup their new tiny home at our shop in Greenville, South Carolina.

Due to the construction environment in our shop, all of our in-person viewings are by appointment only. Also, we are currently working to open the availability to stay in one of our tiny homes to fully experience the joy our tiny homes offer. Please contact us to schedule your viewing.
